Cast

Ryan Newman as Becky

At an early age, Ryan Newman was determined to pursue a career in entertainment and her enthusiasm and natural talent caught the attention of casting directors.  With a number of national print ads under her belt, she booked the first commercial she ever auditioned for.
Newman made her feature film debut at the age of seven in the film Zoom opposite Tim Allen, Courteney Cox and Chevy Chase, portraying a young superhero that seeks to save the world from destruction, a role that required her to train in martial arts.  She was also part of an all-star cast in Steven Spielberg’s blockbuster hit, Monster House which earned her the distinction of being the youngest actor ever to be motioned captured.  On the small screen, Newman appeared in multiple seasons of Disney’s hit show Hannah Montana as a young Miley Cyrus as well as in the highest-rated episode of Disney’s Good Luck Charlie.  She also starred as the precocious antagonist, Ginger, in Disney XD’s Zeke and Luther.  Newman currently stars in Nick at Night’s See Dad Run, where she plays Emily Hobbs, the daughter of a former actor-turned full-time dad.
In 2010, Newman won the Young Artist Award for Best Performance in a TV Series by a Leading Actress.  Her hobbies include dancing, fashion, and singing/songwriting.
